everyone has that? thank god for that  I thought I was finally losing it.

I didn't scream lol these are not frightening memories, scary cos you can't be certain if they happened in real life or not :)

no i meant have you ever screamed out of a dream? because the dream was so terrifying? i did once, something was happening in my dream and i was yelling for help and my voice didn't came out so i was screaming my lungs out, and the next thing i know i was screaming, twice and realized i was a sleep :dull::shocked:

haven't really screamed though that paralysis thing has happened a few times..you just wake up from a dream unable to turn or move a muscle let alone speak. :) I've patiently waited for it to pass. it can be quite scary though..

@Twisted have a look at this video. I searched my youtube history for hours to get this. :) but it's worth it. This also happened to me a lot, and it's not cause of the REM sleep. ;):D

I've had 'deja vu' too where you are you are experiencing something that happened before as well :) it's weird right..

    thanks for the video

what I said earlier was different..I've memories of something that happened..I'm not sure if it actually happened or if i dreamed it.

I know that feeling. When i visit a place or talk to somebody it felt like i did this before in an earlier life or yesterday or something. But it falls under deja vu.

it's not repetition of a feeling bro..

it's like this, I remember going to some place sometime ago. (I'm not going to this place again I'm only remembering going to it) but I'm not sure if it actually happened. :)

Exactly. But sometimes i felt it's like this. If I'm about to do something new and while I'm doing it, i remember it happened to me, that i have experience of doing it. But it's a partial feeling.
