Just check how to get ADB installed in ur Computer. Also make sure that ur device is 60% or more available batt. Then download the desired ROM to ur Phone. Then comes other steps

1) Unlock the boot loader
2) Flash a recovery (I prefer TWRP . Could use ClockworkMod)
3) Download desire ROM
4) reboot device to recovery & make a back of the current configuration
5) Using the adb tool flash the img(have to uncompres the image n drag the img to put it the adb folder)
6) Then come to famating the system
7)Installing the ROM

*** I recommend you to watch a complete guide how to root , install recovery & then flash a ROM ..
