USA jobs,how can I get one? visas?

if anyone know how to get the visa and the procedures, pls post here step by step.
I have a friend there,he has a green card
if he can sponsor me,can I go to USA?

pls explain if someone know these

My point is unless you have a job offer there, stop apply working visa to US. it will save both your money and time.
