Guys, please do not mock at Mahinda. Appreciate his leadership qualities. I am sure from the very beginning he knew the loss and possible humiliation he might face. Still he decided to fight. Not for him - His battle has already been lost on January 8 - but for his people. Without Mahinda, many UPFA MPs who were elected yesterday would not have made it. Like the legendary ‘Panamure Eth-raja’ (no pun intended) he stood for his tribe. Isn’t that we expect from leaders?
(P/S: I didn't vote for him. In fact, I have never voted for him in my whole life)
