i think usually it starts from 40 000. but cant be fixed as it depends on the company. as a a associate software engineer fresh graduates should at least get 35 - 40k and a increment at the job confirmation.

btw, its best to choose a reputed company when you entering the IT industry. there are many tiny companies with 1 or 2 years of bonding and with 3 to 4 months of notice period prior to resignation. so be careful of those before signing out any agreement with a such company, even though the salary they pay is high. and never agree on verbal things the HR say, unless stipulated on the agreement.

Machan Implementation and Software nearly same amount. AFAIK nearly 35k-50k Associate Level.
Implementation Kattiyata Associate level neh.
Support same as Implementation but Bond Sign karanna one.

I know few SLIIT graduates who are working there According thim it is a nice place.

All sliit people are hired for QA positions and some are now PMs in Simcentric. Except that all other devs are from UCSC, MORA IT , CSE, ELEC, UWU, Ruhuna ENG, PERA .
Yes they pay high amount even for QAs. But sadly 90% of the testing are manual testing if you want to learn test automation Simcentric is not the place.
From the developer's perspective
for C++ Simcentric is one of the best place in SL.
for Java they develop stand alone apps by using Java FX(earlier swing).
If you are looking for J2EE frameworks such as Spring , Struts or front end techs this isn't the place.
