Don't make this a religious argument. If we really follow the practice of Buddhism, We could have never be able to won the war. I am also against the 'JACKS' & all other type of harassment targeting women. What I am trying to tell is women should behave like women. They shouldn't ware any revealing cloths or be naked/half naked in public places. Being naked is 100% animal behavior, if they need to act like animals they will also have to face the consequences.
