there is a fine line between freedom of speech and hate speech and if hate speech is considered as freedom of speech in this site then it is not good for the reputation of the site. think how many people might have left this site because of him? think how many people came here to check the site and left it immediately without registering after seeing his threads? specially girls and elder people? I saw recently he opened a thread blaming mothers of everyone in here, it took a couple of hours to delete the thread. some might say there are people like him in the society, youtube, facebook but it's not an excuse to ignore such an issue, it's like saying there are criminals in this world so what's wrong with we are doing a crime because it just adds just one crime to world, if everyone thought like that then the entire world will be full of crimes,because no one wants to fix their issues just pointing fingers at each other saying, that person does this so what's wrong with we are doing it.
there are laws against hate speech in the society ,youtube and facebook and they take actions whenever it's possible ,it might take sometimes since the system is very large but they do something but it seems in here do almost nothing significant for him. EK might be large in terms of records in the database but it's small at a given time ,most of people are staying in the talk section and barely goes to other sections so it wouldn't be hard to weed out maniacs like scurvy from this site easily. his few threads were removed recently and he seems has been in here for so long so at least admins might be aware of his actions and personality.
but anyway it's not my issue so I wouldn't say anything ,it doesn't bother me at all since I don't talk with him or go to his thread but I am sure there might be a lot of people who don't want to come here because of people like him. EK is a good site but people like him ruins it ,and also his supporters by encouraging him to ruin the site more and more. if it's not a problem to administrators in here, then I don't care too. but don't forget there are consequences of every actions.
