Apparently they were upgrading their systems so all items that came between September 16th - 25th still haven't entered to the scanning system. There's a huge backlog so it should get to normal on this week. If you suspect you're item was lost on the way, you should lodge a complaint in the relevant post office.

can't be for sure, as there can be problems considering that it took this long to come.. I think I am expecting stuff since August.

ඔය කියලා තියෙන දවස් වලින් එන්න නම් මුලින්ම ලියුම තැපැල් කරලා තියෙන්න ඕන නෙ? අයිටම් එකේ ඇත්ත වැලිව් එක හොයන්න වෙනම 2ක් 3ක් ඉන්නවා. එයාලා අනිත් රාජකාරී මැද්දේ අයිටම් වල වැලිව් හොයන්නේ. එතකොට අයිටම් එක ඇල්ලුවේ මාසෙ පළවෙනිදා නම් අයිටම් එකේ වැලිව් එක හොයා ගත්තේ මාසේ 28 නම් 29 උදේ තමා අයිතිකාරයට ලියුම යන්නේ.

කඩලා බලලා පරක්කු වෙන්නේ අයිතිකරයාගේ වැරැද්දෙන් නිසා කොච්චර කල් තියා ගෙන හිටියත් අයිතිකාරයට කරන්න දෙයක් නැහැ.

My phone robbed. I did the same. After 1 year I got a letter from the VSNCS.
This letter contained each person who used this phone. At that time the phone was with a person who
lives in Mathale.
I took the letter to the Negombo police. Pilice has received the copy of the letter too.
They matched two letters. There are 2 police officers especially engaged in working with phone robery cases.
They worked for this and cought the rober.

I found the phone but at that time it was too damaged. I told I need money not the phone.
Police asked the person to pay the money. Or otherwise you will be in jail.
He paid.

Start now. Act against these robbers. You are doing a good thing this will help for all Sri Lankan workers in foriegn countries.

I didn't looose a phone but a few packages are missing of mine, including cheques, previously none of the packages has ever got lost.
