on serious note though, jobs kiyanne lankawen ena ayagen med walata witharai mehe jobs "thiyenawa" kiyanna puluwan. everyone else who comes from SL struggles to find a job in their field in the first place.later on, some people do and some people don't.that was the case for years now. but now, most people don't find a job in their field.(except still most meds do find jobs, coz the bottom story is, a doctor is a doctor regardless of where they studied as long as it is accredited ) btw most unis are going in the way that their postgrad MDs are only offered to local grads, which makes it tougher to even foreign med students too if they are looking for a career here. but in the end if you are doctor coming from abroad there are definitely jobs for you here in your field, at least compared to other fields. but yeah its not as good as it was earlier. If you are really worried about it, I would suggest try Canada and some other EU countries if you know the language.
you have to research about this yourself there are some awesome countries in this beautiful world.its not always the path most people follows. btw money is not everything but everything needs money
