Take a week away from fb,You'll feel how alive you are.I remember back in 2004 when fb introduced there were only like 50 sri lankan people on this site.Generally people were more happy with their lifes back then.Nobody had the mania of taking photos of everything they do or the drive to constantly make them look better.If a girl boots you the probability of seen her again in your life is very less.Much less depression.But now the opposite.No wonder people getting more and more depressed.

yes of course. facebook is for people who willing to stalking among their social circle but reality is getting different always when it's comparing with virtual media.
there is nothing wrong with using social media.but now it becoming depressing tools
in my childhood and adolescent period back then was great and beautiful comparing with today. i really miss those days.

fb is an addiction..it's like a drug..once you get to it you can't quit i have seen ppl who check their news feeds every five minutes just because they are addicted to it nothing else
