Yeah thanks machan. But as I have heard IFS recruits people only from moratuwa uni.. and sometimes sliit what about WSO2 machan?

Yes IFS gives priority to mora,sliit,ucsc people and some iit people as well.But if you have experience then it won't be a problem at all.But disadvantage is if you goes to IFS, then it's difficult to move into another place since there you have to fix bugs and enhancements to their existing ERP systems.But it's a good company which has work-life balance environment

Yeah mostly from Moratuwa, UCSC and SlIIT as fresh graduates. But as I know with experience they do not limit recruiting from only those universities. WSO2 is purely JAVA machan. No .NET what so ever.

Mmmm yes... But such companies hardly publish their vacancies, don't they machan?
