Yes, it's against their agreement. They will delete one or both accounts if they noticed.

I have created a new account as client to hire some freelancers (when I have my existing freelancer account). I didn't exactly know that it's terminate their agreements. So I had a chat with one of their customer service guys to make sure it. He asked me about both accounts and wanted to delete my freelancer account from his end.

I am sorry for the late reply. I don't really know any freelance website which is specific or good for 3D animations. May be I am not in to it or client may prefer to get the service from in-house animators.

Anyway I would recommend you to follow the steps below:

1) Register on all the popular freelancer websites (Upwork, Freelancer.com, Fiverr and Guru) with a related title (ex: 3D Animator)

2) Add your skills set and portfolio

3) Search jobs regularly on above websites and subscribe to related job categories (to show related jobs in the job feeds)

You will definitely find some good clients if you follow and continue above steps.
