Don't buy perfumes from The Parfumerie shop

Don’t buy form them ever ---------------------------

I am putting this negative post due the horrible experience i faced at this shop on 8th of April 2016, i bought Hugo Woman Hugo Boss perfume as a present for my Girlfriend birthday and it was cost me 9000 rupees and after we open that Hugo Woman Hugo Boss perfume we saw that the bottle was completely fills with dust and most of the perfume leak inside the box and it was terrible to see and i immediately called them to ask what has happened with this brand new perfume which i was purchased for the birthday,

And what they have mentioned was totally unfair they said it happens sometimes with the perfumes and another customer care person said that this perfume was already damaged and they intentionally sell it to me without mentioned it and further said they gave me that price (9000) by knowing this issue present at this perfume,

And i was got shocked after hearing it because i never consider about the prices while i buy presents for her and this was her favorite one and that i is why keen to buy it , but due to this fucking thing my whole plan was goes wasted,

So i never recommend this shop to buy perfume for anyone ..........please don't these type of cheap work for the customers ever,
and one thing more i went to the ODEl and saw this perfume at that place for 13000 rupees and it was the original one because the top of the bottle was completely different from the one i had buy...so why you sell these type of duplicated products by saying it is original....i already informed my all the friends who regularly buy perfumes and ask not to go to this fucking cheap shop...finally i thought i should make a police complain for this and currently i am considering it to done.

මට නම් තාම ඔහොම වෙලා නෑ.. නමුත් මං gift එකක් විදිහට ගත්ත perfume එක එක්ක උන් free දෙන 1ml vial එකක් නම් උන් පාවිච්චි කරපු එකක් දීල තිබුනා.. free දෙන එකක් නිසා මං වෙනම ආයිත් ඕකට අහන්න ගියේ නෑ.. මොකද ගෙදර ආවාමයි දැක්කේ..

ඔය වගේ දේවල් වෙන්න පුළුවන් කියමු.. නමුත් ඒ සක්කිලියෝ දැනගන්න ඕනේ customer කෙනෙක්ට කතා කරන විදිහ..

මම මේ සෘණ පශ්චාත් යොදවනවා මම 2016 අප්රේල් මස 9 වැනි දින මුහුණ මෙම කඩය දී බිහිසුණු අත්දැකීම් හේතුවෙන්, මම මගේ පෙම්වතිය උපන් දිනය සඳහා සහභාගී ලෙස හියුගෝ කාන්තාවක් Hugo Boss සුවඳ විලවුන් මිලදී ගෙන එය මට රුපියල් 9000 මුදලක් වැය අපි හියුගෝ කාන්තාවක් හියුගෝ බව විවෘත පසු කරන ලදී ලොක්කා සුවඳ විලවුන් අපි බෝතලයක් දූලි පීරී කරන ලද අතර කොටුව තුල ඇති සුවඳ විලවුන් කාන්දුවක් බොහෝ එය දැකීමට දරුණු වූ අතර මම වහාම මම උපන් දිනය වෙනුවෙන් මිලදී ගත් මෙම වෙළෙඳ නාමය නව සුවඳ විලවුන් සමග සිදු වී ඇත්තේ කුමක්ද ඇසීමට ඔවුන් කැඳවා බව දැක,

ඔවුන් සඳහන් කර ඇත ඔවුන් එය සුවඳ විලවුන් වලට සමහරවිට සිදුවිය බවත් තවත් පාරිභෝගික සත්කාරයක් කෙනෙක් මේ සුවඳ විලවුන් දැනටමත් විනාශ වූ අතර ඔවුන් හිතාමතාම එය සඳහන් තවදුරටත් ඔවුන් මට එම මිල (9000) ලබා දුන් බවයි තොරව මට එය විකුණා ඇති බවයි විසින් මුළුමනින්ම අසාධාරණ මෙම සුවඳ විලවුන් මෙම වර්තමාන නිකුත් දැන,

Exclusive Lines is the shop where i first search for the perfumes and it was remarkable and also the customer service is superb, but unfortunately Hugo women perfume was not available at that time at exclusive Lines, and that is why i went to this fucking shop to get the one, and also on that day exclusive Lines shop was redecorating (if you have visited that they then you would definitively confirm what i say here) , so all the staff was not there only one person there and he actually mentioned that most of the items moved into store due to re-decorating process at the shop, so that is why they have't that product, if that not happen then i do't wont to post this tread as exclusive Lines are never sell duplicate items
