USB TV Stick FM Radio software?

I bought this TV Radio stick and the CD that came with it was damaged. Does anyone have the software CD for it. (Picture bellow) Please upload it if you can and send me the link.

As its a china made unbranded product I couldn’t find the software on the internet. Also if you know the link for the software let me know.

I'm sure that this is a Digital tv tuner. You will have to wait about 2-5 years to use it in Sri Lanka. (If it is a DVB-T tuner). Still Sri Lankan channels are broadcasting on analog frequency.
