another thing different in the show is griff, young griif, jorah & tyrions stories.
in the books tyrion first travels with griff and young griff and then captured by jorah. And later they are both captured by slavers and made into slaves and eventually they join the free company second-sons. griff is the one who gets affected with greyscale not jorah. Jorah never travels with tyrion in the Rhoyne.
but in the show griff and young griff are no where to be found and tyrion captured by jorah travels through the rhoyne to dany and jorah gets affected by greyscale.
