Honestly, if Benioff and Weiss already have their hearts set on seven or eight seasons, I can see HBO convincing the show to get to Season 8, but am less certain about 10. While the show will be moving past George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire books soon, we do know the two showrunners have already sat down with the author to discuss where The Winds of Winter and the rest of the series is headed. They know more about the twists and turns in Martin’s mind than most people at this point, and they should have a good idea regarding what they need to do to get to the final, pivotal climaxes of the series. If that’s eight seasons, then it’s eight seasons. If it’s 10 seasons, then it’s 10 seasons. If it’s six seasons and a GOT movie, so be it.

Has time traveling ruined game of thrones according to you?

no the tv show is literaly ruining the story in my opinion. Specially by fast tracking it even before finishing the books.

That wonderful creation of literacy goes to waste because of that.

At least they finished the seasons after the books were released it would be fine.

But so much content is missing from the show for the obvious reasons of
1. A TV show can't do everything which a book can do. It does not have that ability.
2. It's too immense to be cast on a video production so they are missing some of the interesting elements and only seem to focus on the main things.

And I hate the show going over the books and changing some of the story and characters.
And even releasing it before the books.
I feel it like a disgrace to the books.

time travelling does do some damage if you INTERPRET it as Time travelling. But I'm not so sure about it until I can confirm my self after reading winds of winter.

But obviously the show fast tracking leaving the books behind hurts me a lot.

Specially because this is one of the greatest fantasy novel series ever written after tolkien's Lords Of The Ring.
But much more immense as you can hardly imagine

What caused his instability . The act of Reghar Tagaryan "kidnapping" Lyanna Stark should have a greater meaning . Who prompted him to do such a thing . Is it that someone from the future asked him to create the Azor Ahai , with ice and fire
