Most of the phones in HTC desire series has a lot of issues like heating ,slowing,etc. Better check some reviews first.

I really don't understand what's wrong with this phone . For Rs.20500 It's much better than both the phones you've suggested. Has a 2 year warranty as well. Has a bette screen, ram , cpu.
