From my point of view most educated people does not get the respect,place,salary they deserve. And there's only few opportunities , technologies, resources here.

its funny to see people who celebrate their race here commenting on migration related threads asking for legal advice on migration. what happened to their racial pride and patriotism ? why dont they stay in lanka and help lanka to develop ? how come they're ready to live as outsiders in a foreign country ? where is their pride now ?
