Land/Deed morgage in Bank

Hi guys,

I got a small 2 and 1/2 perch land in a small road. i want to know if is it possible to mortgage and get a loan and if so how much? and what are the rates?

The value of the land is 15 lacks.

appreciate if u share ur experience, as i have no idea about obtaining bank loans and mortgaging stuff

I dont think u can do such. Land size must be higher than 5p or so. the best option is to sell it to some adjourning land or house owner
