SLT peak 7am to 7pm

Is SLT change the Peak and off peak time ?

i got a leaflet today and its say's

OFF PEAK as
7pm to 7am Weekdays
2pm to 7am Saturday
allday as OFF PEAK on Sunday + Gov Holidays

is this true? or only for SLT 4GLTE ?

not billing only for data use ? if total 60GB; they will give offpeak 30 and peak 30
but thing is we can use peak balance on offpeak; can't use offpeak balance on peak

normally offpeak balance is not using by many users..
if sunday and holiday consider as offpeak..isn't amazing
