අපි දන්න කෙනෙක් ඕක කරලා අද 80000 පඩියකට වැඩ ප්‍රසිද්ධ ඇඩ්වර්ටිස්මන්ට් හදන කොම්පැනියක

machanla.. i have 2.5+ xp. now i'm earning 75000. i'm software engineer-mobile(iOS/Android) is this salary range okay for my experience. ? and i didn't complete a degree. i have HND-SE and also OCPJP-SE6 and some other qualifications. like SLIIT android development.. so please anyone can tell me about this.

based on your skills..
if you are very good at IOS/Android, then you can earn more that 150k
because here we have good market for mobile application development.

This is not a salaryPeople who have only 1 year diploma qualification called IDSD are given an scholarship for 4 years by OpenArc for BIT Colombo.All the BIT lecture fees and BIT exam fees paid by OpenArc.Also they are given an opportunity to work in ongoing sw development projects in leading banks of Sri Lanka.In this training period OpenArc pay this students an allowance of Rs 5000 in BIT first year.

Isn't this a rare opportunity those people who couldn't get admissions for state universities?
So these students get total free BIT degree with working experience and Rs 5000 payment per month.Total cost for their education, we spent on them per month is Rs 8000.All together it is Rs 13000.
This trainee designation is named as "Trainee Programmer"

Can any 1 year diploma holder in IT field can earn Rs13000 ? plz let me know

We pay them a basic allowance of Rs 10000. this amount can be vary with the performance of the student, some students are already getting more than Rs 17000 allowance.
