මහින්ද, මේ හොර ඔප්පුවක්වත්ද ?

මහජන දේපළ විකිණීම කවුරුන් විසින් සිදු කළ ද එය නොමනා ක්‍රියාවකි. ඊට එරෙහි විය යුතුය. එහෙත් තමන් අත බලය තිබියදී මහජන දේපළ විකුණා බලය නැති දා අනෙකුන්ට ඇඟිලි දිගු කරමින් පෙන්වීම වෙනම ම කතාවකි. ඒ, වචනයේ පරිසමාප්ති අර්ථයෙන් ම තක්කඩිකම ය. මේ, එවන් තක්කඩිකමක සාක්ෂි ය.

හිටපු ජනාධිපති, කුරුණෑගල දිස්ත්‍රික් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ පසුගිය දින වල දී රට පුරා කිය කියා ගියේ "අපේ කාලෙ නම් අපි ඉඩම් දුන්නේ දීර්ඝ කාලීන බදු පදනම යටතේ විතරයි අපෙ හාමුදුරුවනේ .." යනා දී වශයෙන් කතා ය. එහෙත් පහත දැක්වෙන ඔප්පුවෙහි සඳහන් වන්නේ මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ ජනාධිපතිවරයා වශයෙන් ෂැංග්‍රි - ලා හොටෙල්ස් ලංකා ප්‍රයිවට් ලිමිටඩ් ආයතනය වෙත කොළඹ කොටුව, බාලදක්ෂ මාවතේ ඉඩමක් විකුණා ඇති ආකාරයයි.

2010 දෙසැම්බර් මස 28 වන දින ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 75කට මෙම ඉඩම විකුණා දමා තිබේ. එහි සඳහන් වන්නේ "ෂැංග්‍රි - ලා හොටෙල්ස් ලංකා ප්‍රයිවට් ලිමිටඩ් ආයතනය ට හා එහි උරුමක්කාරයින්ට හා පොල්මඃකාරයින්ට හා අද්මිනිස්ත්‍රාසිකාරයින්ට හා ලැබුම්කාරයින්ට සදාකාලයටම භුක්ති විඳීම සඳහා මෙයින් පවරා දෙන" බවය. ඉඩම් විකිණීම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් මහින්ද කතා කරන්නේ රෙදිත් ඇඳගෙනදැයි අපට විමසිය හැකි නමුත් මහින්දගේ මෑත කාලීන ක්‍රියා සහ රෙදි අතර සම්බන්ධයක් නොමැති තරම් වන බැවින් අපට මහින්දගෙන් අසන්නට ඇත්තේ "මහින්ද, මේ හොර ඔප්පුවක්වත්ද ?" කියා පමණ ය.

මහින්ද පිටරටට ඉඩම් සින්නක්කර විකුණලා

හිටපු ජනාධිපති මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ විසින් පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුව පැවැති කාලයේ දී විදේශීය සමාගම්වලට සින්නක්කරව ඉඩම් පැවරූ බව සාක්ෂි සහිතව තහවුරු වී තිබේ.2010 දෙසැම්බර් 28 වන දා ෂැංග්රි ලා හෝටල් සමාගමට කොළඹ, කොටුවේ පිහිටි හෙක්ටයාර් 2.4361 ක ඉඩමක් ලබා දී ඇත්තේ සින්නක්කරව ය.

එහෙත් පසුගිය ආණ්ඩුව දිගින් දිගටම පැවසුවේ එය බදු පදනම යටතේ ලබා දුන් බවයි. මෙරට පුරවැසියන්ට හිමි සියලු හිමිකම් සහිතව අදාළ ඉඩම පවරා ඇති බවත්, එය සින්නක්කර බවත් අදාළ ඔප්පුවේ පැහැදිලිව සඳහන් ය. ඒ අනුව එම ඉඩමේ ඇති ඛනිජ, ජලය ඇතුළු සියලු සම්පත්වල අයිතිය අදාළ හෝටල් සමාගමට ලැබේ. රුපියල් මිලියන 8,250 කට මෙසේ අදාළ ඉඩම විකුණා ඇත්තේ මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂගේ සහ හිටපු ජනාධිපති ලේකම් ලලිත් වීරතුංගගේ අත්සනින් යුතුව ය.
