yes easiest way to get in through intern program. 80% of people work in MIT are privet uni degree holders - Not acceptable

Most of my friends are working there only. even in my batch 40% ppl went there.. They have their type of culture, I never said its perfect.
i think if you have good attitude and good skill set, u can survive in any company in the world.

Salary - My batch mates went their for 120K two years back time, I think now they earn 140++

Technology - Their back end run on C, C++ also they have java vaadin and php stuff (may be they have much more now)


Dont think bad you are from Pvt Uni or Other local uni (Uwa , Samaragamuwa, ruhuna etc). Believe me university will be major factor only for getting a first job. then after if you do well no one can stop you. good luck..

Pala yako yanna. 80% of the developers who work are form Moratuwa & Colombo. Few of the support staff are from other places. I know since i used to work there few years back.
If you are within the first 25 in the island ranking (A/L) they will recruit you. Else you have to be very good in critical thinking C++, data structures etc.
First two years forget that the leisure time ever existed.

Some of them used MFC back in the day.
Some internal system ran on JSP etc.

Look all the baka pandithas destroying the courage who seek life advise. I must tell you company has changed a lot. developing is not the core aspect not any more. We provide more diversity of service. Including infrastructure, manage services, operations for Capital Markets. Newly opened lseg office in maradana has many opportunities for young people.
