How my 2 yrs old baby guide to speak english?

I want him to speak English. now he can speak words. but I need a help from someone who has experience. I couldn't find a proper nursery/playgroup around. I want him speak sinhala also. but I am confuse with how to manage and do it in an optimize way. please anyone comments who have exp. How I can guide him to speak english. We do not want to send him to a english class for year like me and can even can speak in public properly. I think someone may has this experience.

Same thing I done before 10 yrs to my daughter, now she's suffering because of me and my wife some times she can't understand so many Sinhalese words. Now she can speak English and French fluently like her mother tongue. we hired two Sinhalese teachers to lean our mother tongue. some times I feel shame because of that mistakes we've done before 10 yrs. so think twice.

Speak english fluently. can count in 5 languages

Parents grand parents need to speak to them all the time. Never use baby talk.

If parents/grand parents can speak fluent in English, The babies can catch the vocabulary/grammar easily, but the problem is if the parents speak broken English/Singlish babies will end up a mess
