Car Tyre ..

Machn I have bought new CEAT tyres for my car. Tyre pressure is reducing without patch or damage. I change the valve also. It doesnot come to 0 pressure but every 3 days i have to topup. Its Tube Less Tyre.


Does anyone have a idea why this is happening? Someone told me that there is a wax for tubeless car that need to be use on the rim when using tubeless.

Might be an issue with either your rim or the tyre itself. Btw, never had any good with CEAT tyres in light vehicles. They are cheap but, causing more expensive suspension repairs due to its hardness.

My guess is tyre hasn't fit properly to the rim machan. Ask a trye servive repairman to sand your inner rim and apply that glue thing to the tyre and see what happens next. Good luck.

Thanks a lot machan, There is gap between rim and the tyre, when they put new tyre, they insert some kind of metal to the gap and said it is for balancing the wheel.

I am using Dunlop Indonesian tyres ( four sets) for over 10 years no such issues even after doing 40,000 kms.
