Sri Lanka Nippon Mawatha - on non-parliament days. When the parliament is on session, there will be Police and STF on that road.
Parliament Road - between Pelawatta and Ape Gama
Marine Drive - Between Colpetty and Bamba (There are many cops between Bamba and Dehiwela)
Duplication Road - Between Dickman's Road and Wellawatte Bridge
Beach Road in Mount Lavinia

It's seriously better to get a room. There are Solid Hotels and Relax Ons everywhere. You can also use Airbnb to find safe places. Just PM the owner and ask whether its ok for 2 hours. If you are both over 18, then even if the police raids, they can't do anything. Just be brave. Don't bend over if the police comes.

Under vagrants ordinance, Police can arrest them. Vagrants ordinance says "behaving in a riotous or disorderly manner in a public street or a highway" is an offence. The fine for vagrancy is 10 rupees or something. Nevertheless, police has the power to arrest and the embarassment is much more than the fine.

I think that is an offence. I have read somewhere that if a vehicle is parked and people are in it with closed doors, someone should be in the driving seat. not sure if its true though.
