Assassin’s Creed: Origins – Official PC requirements revealed

Ubisoft has just revealed the official PC requirements for Assassin’s Creed: Origins. According to the team, PC gamers will need at least an Intel Core i5-2400 or an AMD FX-6350 CPU with 6GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD R9 270 in order to play it on Low settings at 720p.

For 1080p on High settings, PC gamers will need an Intel Core i7- 3770 or an AMD FX-8350 with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or an AMD R9 280X. Ubisoft did not clarify what PC gamers will need in order to play the game on Ultra settings and with 60fps.

Ubisoft has also revealed that it will feature a built-in performance benchmark tool via which PC gamers will be able to test the game’s settings.​

“The built-in Performance Benchmark will help players validate their tweaked settings, while the in-game Performance Analysis will allow them to profile how their hardware is performing using constant monitoring and tracking of their performance by our engine.”

Bethesda has revealed the official PC requirements for The Evil Within 2. PC gamers will need at least an Intel Core i5-2400 or an AMD FX-8320 with 8GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB or an AMD HD 7970 3GB.Bethesda recommends an Intel Core i7-4770 or an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X with 16GB of RAM and an NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB or an AMD RX 480 8GB. The game will also require 40GB of free hard-disk space.

The Evil Within 2 is powered by the STEM Engine which is a heavily modified version of the id Tech 5 Engine. Bethesda has not clarified whether the recommended spec will run the game on High settings with 60fps.​
