Can't be true.
Pohottuwa didn't win the majority of the electorates with that kind of a margin so it's impossible to have 70% as the cumulative percentage.
There's gotta be something wrong in their calculations.

It's the percentage of LG's they managed to get the majority. Not the percentage of votes.

I'm not a mahinda fan. But this is a great result for the country. Whatever said and done, democracy in sri lanka is live and well.

Everyone should understand that they can't do shit with impunity. Mahinda learned that lesson in 2015, now it's time for yahapalana gang to taste their own medicine.

We simply can't call this his vote base tho.....many of those votes are coming from people who want to teach a lesson to the gov. Just like m3's 6.2 mil.
