දර්ශනේ වගේ නං materialism කියන්නෙ විශ්වය අපිට interact කරන්න පුලුවන් ද්‍රව්‍ය වලට වඩා එහා ගිය දේවල් නෑ, ඒවගෙන් විතරක් ලෝකය දැකීමට.

මේකෙනං materialism කියන්නෙ ජීවිතේ සතුට තියෙන්නෙ දේවල් ගොඩගහගැනීම මත කියල විශ්වාස කරන එකට. සතුට හොය හොය තව තවත් බඩු ගොඩගහගන්නව. අපි දැන් කරනව වගේ.

foundation of a house could and does differ heavily from the house itself. so is the case with this one.

Christianity, specially the protestant world view, is what gave rise to the current scientific mindset. Superficially it seems as though science contradicts a creator. But the deterministic, value free nature of reality stems from the protestants' world view that separated god from the chain of actions that takes place in this cosmos putting him in the position as both the creator and the starter of this machine which is then driven by whatever the set of laws he blessed on it.

Though it might seem obvious that there must be some laws that governs our cosmos, not every culture practiced this world view. In some cultures people saw cosmos as a highly disorganized whole and some even saw a living organism in it with which we must live in harmony. It's from the western mindset the ordered cosmos followed.

Forgot to mention about the cosmological argument. Go and have a look at it. you'd see how scientific reasoning inherently possess with it a necessary being that gives rise to everything.

This explains it briefly. Only by rejecting causation can one rule out the creator from this universe. But then it goes right away against the scientific world view.
