Your telling it's having a high market because it's your own vehicle model...

In Colombo traffic condition its will do max 17kmpl, highways and other 22-25kmpl... this statics with 2014 aqua in trip computer statics... actual may be low than this... my brother is using this for more than 3 years

when the model gets newer fuel consumption & other features get more improved obviously right?. prius c(Aqua 2017) fuel consumption would probably have better fuel consumption than 2016 model. only the person who uses the vehicle would know better of it. As my car still in almost new condition it has a better fuel rate. when it gets older with mileage this & that fuel rate will change

it will get better fuel consumption if it's having change on some technical part or body weight...
Facelift or any other model I don't think to have a considerable change to improve fuel consumption.
