Needed a best IELTS teacher or an institute near Colombo, Kadawatha or Kiribahgoda

Hello guys,

I plan to migrate as a Skilled Migrant in the next year. As a major requirement of 7 band score for each part is required in order to start all paper works. I would like to know if any of the above subject and also, a good exam centre for sitting the exam.
