The FD4 has the R16A engine right? It's rated at 123bhp @ 6500rpm according to wikipedia

The P10A2 found in Civic 1.0L Turbo is rated at 128hp @ 6500rpm

Personally I'd pick the 4-pot NA over the 3-pot Turbo (owing to reliability reasons )
