මුඩුක්කු වලත් සල්ලිකාරයො නම් ඉන්නවා .ඉන්ටර්නැෂනල් ස්කූල්ස් යන රටවල් වල ඉගෙන ගන්න.
එත් උන්ගෙ ගතිය ඇඟෙ තියෙනවා මොනවා කරත්.

In which case I got to write an essay. Simple explanation not possible. Sorry.
Ask an old teacher probably or your parents. In short he is the donkey who introduced the NCGE, and added marks for some science subject with civics (or another similar subject) and averaged.
SriLankan education never recovered from that disaster even though they changed it back to O/L.

i remember a great saying from Albert Einstein when i see sri lankas education system.
