Well I won't expect issues also but I don't want to be a guinea pigOther than that it ticks many of the requirements I have especially the ground clearance keeping the same width as Allion. Though 3 cylinder engine (Maybe shared with Toyota Tank?) is a let down when you are used to driving 4 cylinders.

Better to sell your allion before prices come down
Second hand markets are going down hill already. I'm going to keep it for another year or two and see what the options available then. At the moment Allion is better in every aspect except for the ground clearance which is still better than my previous Vitz.
Hmm but when this raize comes to 4.8m mark allion will be hard to sell for the same price as now
).Yep but still prefer to keep this one. Who knows what will happen to our tax system with upcoming political changes. Wife doesn't seem to like the Raize. (real reason as of now).

In theory it should and it also eliminates the famous rubber band effect of conventional CVTs. But I would like to wait for sometime to see how it would cope with our road conditions/traffic/climate etc. Maybe first batch of such cars might call for some recalls so there's a slight risk buying the first production variant of that CVT in SL.
