so you accept the existence of observations that are non-scientific right ? and what about those observations ? arent u saying that we should sweep those observations under the rug and pretend they weren't observed u are really good at contradicting urself u know that ?

and let me point out another implication of ur statement. non-scientific observations are not reproducible. This by no means imply that all scientific observations are reproducible. So there must be non-reproducible scientific observations as well. what about those observations ? are they scientific ? who the hell taught u these things ?

All he refers to applies only to basic science. Even then reproducibility has statistical bounds. He hasn't thought about Schrödinger's equations, Free-particle wave functions, Heisenberg's uncertanity principle or Quantum Mechanics.
Some sciences like Astronomy, study of solar eruptions, supernovae or even a volcanic eruption, earthquake - reproducibility doesn't make sense like in for eg Physics. That doesn't make all the above fields unscientific.
