The thunderstorm is very dangerous and is forecast to affect Glen Waverley, Greensborough and Kew by 4:35 pm.
The severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds, large, possibly giant hailstones and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding.
