I never respond to some deranged threads posted in here. However, this looks genuine and legit.
It's really hard to answer when a kid asks these questions. First of all it depends on the age of the child. The you figure out what's termed a "minimum disclosure" answer.

I really didin't listen to this particular piece of conversation that's referred in here. But the subject line says "backside denawa kiyanne mokakda"

Explain what the front and backside and just tell it simply means no one is allowed to touch either side.
