Vitamin C can help to fight cold and flu if taken prior. Being an anti-oxidant it can help to reduce inflammation too... So taking a Vitamin C is normally accepted to be alright.
But for Covid what you should take is Vitamin D3. Normally Vitamin D3 protects you from respiratory infections. Also it's needed to absorb Calcium and thus the bone growth and several more body functions. Even mood disorders and dementia have been linked to low Vitamin D.
Vitamin D defieciency was even found to be a factor with ARDS too. (acute respiratory distress syndrome)
You cannot depend only on Sunlight when getting older. So taking 1000 IU of D3 is a good practice at least during these days....![]()

Now most of are coming with symptoms... even though they have completed 14 days. We told them so.. remember how these people argue about that. Still they may have excuse for that.
