I called the hotline, the agent said there is a service failure islandwide with no ETA.
Very unresponsible since today is a working day (WFH)
Though their data amount/usage metering is reasonable, it seems they are running with very limited resources.
The agent sounded like they are entirely clueless on the issue and disappointed!
