So if you are looking at around 200 - 210 max there is only 1 that is HP Pro book.

Thinkpad X1 Carbon is a very reliable machine, but I am not a big fan of their small trackpad (The reason may be that I am normally using a 2018 Macbook Pro with an awesome Trackpad ). One of my friends uses a Huawei Matebook and he does not have an issue with that and he uses that for small scale data science modelings.

One of my closest relatives uses Microsoft Surface Book 2 and it has a great keyboard, screen but a weird hinge. (Haven't used the latest surface book myself)

The best option IMO is Dell XPS, it is a killer of a machine, with a nice and sleek design and an awesome keyboard.
I myself used an Asus Zenbook UB303 for more than 3 years and it served me well (Actually I used that machine to play Games like Farcry 5, New Dawn, GTA V , Ballefield 1).
