It seems that most are confused. What @Hyaenidae said was the capacity of each cylinder, which is 325cc. It's the same as 325ml - no difference.

However, note that this 325cc doesn't get totally filled with fuel. It's 325cc of air and a bit of fuel mix. A four-stroke engine has an intake, compression, power, and an exhaust cycle.
In the intake the fuel/air mix is sucked into the piston and in the power cycle it's compressed & ignited thus creating 'power'. The air/fuel mix is by the carburettor of the old cars and in the new ones computer controlled fuel injection.

Have you heard about the stoichiometric combustion? That's the ideal ratio of air/ fuel mix - that'll burn all the fuel without an excess of air. For gasoline this ratio is about 14.7:1 which means for every one gram of fuel, 14.7 grams of air are required. (For diesel it's around 14.5:1)

So for a single cylinder of 325cc the air weight is 0.42 grams (as one litre of air at the sea-level weighs 1.29 grams)
Hence gasoline required is 0.42/14.7 = 0.029 grams - which is about 0.04cc of fuel.
