Congrats first of all
Sorry to say this
but i had the same results some years back with 1.5 Z score and Colombo district rank 900 something and island rank 3500 something
but i was not selected for even Kalaniya uni to do management. ( I did not applied for any other uni's though).
I don't think you will be able to go to wayamba uni as well. But apply and see, sometimes you might get a chance as lot of students skip uni these days and your district rank is below 500. But wayamba nathuwa like ruhuna and all you will get chance
