Doubt if they follow a mathematical model for laying their infrastructure down, but they do upgrade the capacity of a tower if they receive enough complaints

No machan. This crisis period the one they issue their 3 new products W&L, Netflix unlimited and Unlimited which cause this issue. QoN is down as soon as they launch their W&L packages. Amidst the reduce speed they continued to launch other 2 products as well surely knowing that would make the case worst. Those buggers surely know that this would make no good for us but for them. Once customer subscribe to a such package anyway they get the fee at the end. Regardless customer use it or not. That is their business model the bitter truth
