Yes, it is the domestic and school structure that has been causing the decline of Sri Lanka Cricket.

But they cannot violate any team rules like that way, it is unacceptable.

Since the fingers are pointing towards the players, they must have known to be responsible in a tense situation like this. Because the media is not gonna take this lightly.

Moreover, the majority of the general public does not know about the domestic structure. They still think it is the players who are responsible for this.

I have been following domestic cricket for more than 10+ years. So I know it is not about the players, some English reporters have said about this way back in 2013, 2014, still SLC didn't do shit.

what the hell are you talking about?

Though disciplinary action should be taken against these two undoubtedly for violating procedures, it's not the main reason for Sri Lanka's dismal show. Many teams earlier have had bad behaviour on foreign tours, but they played better than this.
To me the domestic structure sucks. Even if good players emerge from the schools their performance is not the same in the club scene.
And frankly, I don't like to overly criticise these two without knowing their reason for doing this. This could be just the tip of the iceberg.
