No this is only one aspect (invertebrate qualities -inherited from such creatures in the evolution)
He is very dangerous he uses his intellect to deceive and do bad things for society knowingly. He is not a fool or person who does not understand. He is a consultant nero (child) and also lecturer in the field. Recently he knowiingly used Prini's Encyclopeadia to show that we had 6000 rice varieties and they were all stolen by IRRI in 20 th century. Any undergrad in Botany in Uni will know the truth of such statement!!
Recently he got a bashing from Soil Scientists , geologists but my bet is that he knew the strength of his argument, but did not expect others to react so fast!!
He is thick skin and will come with another lie soon(like Govt in LPG issue )
He also used same rejected source , knowingly, to say that our life expectancy had decreased due to chemical fertilizer.
These are the most dangerous type of people in earth(eg Hitler, ...) . They may do any thing to , irrespective of consequences to others to achieve his end. To him end justifies all. (Like our JVP brothers, who killed intellectuals as they were opposed to their view or LTTE , Taliban etc). There are at least few politians like him who are very intelligent but knowingly mislead masses . I leave it to you to guess who they are as there will be very few who qualify 'very intelligent' (not from qualifications...)
