Whenever I wash the car it rains.... But washing the car to make rains, doesn't appear to work.

I work in a car wash. I have limited knowledge on the business side. But I can let you know how we do things.
First things first, the location absolutely matters. These guys I work for own about 20 car washes. All of them are in car parks of large shopping centre's.

Yep. Years of washing cars. Things get dirty pretty quickly over here.

battery, brake fluid, coolant test

all by hand.
