Yes you're right. Politicians use you for their benefits. The only mistake you did was having a Sri Lankan birth. Most Sri Lankans are stuck with these politicians. Many countries will have tough visa policies on you for having one of the top 10 worst passports in the world. Sri Lanka is like an open air prison. Those who get out belongs to the lucky lot.
