ඉතින් එකක් තමයි solution එක , මේ බර අඩු කරොත් රජයට බදු ආදායමෙන් ඩොලර් ගන්න පුළුවන් .
නැතිව ලංකාවට ඩොලර් වෙලාවේ කවුද ඉන්නේ
එන ජනවාරි වෙද්දී ලංකාව state bankrupt තත්වයට යන්න පුළුවන්,
මුල්ය ශ්රේණිගත කිරීම් වලින් දැනටම ඉන්නේ (ආයෝජජක්යෝ එයිද ?)
දැන් කවුද පීට රට ඉදන් සල්ලි එවන්නේ ?

IT දැන් කරන්නේ ඉස්සෙල්ල අවපු ප්රමනේටත් අඩුවෙන් එවන්නේ (ඩොලර් එක වැඩි නිසා )
The issue in here is not about government revenue..
You can print money (SL Rupees) and fund those government expenses (in SL Rupee) as long as you tax them later and control inflation..
You cannot cut governement employees to save SL Rupee expenses and get rid of foriegn debt we have..
Government cannot buy US dollars from Sri Lankan Rupee like a person would do from a bank. If we try to do that dollar would go to 10,000s per SL Rupee from current 210s, as no body wants SL Rupees.
We need dollars...........
Only solution is restrict importing goods we can produce here and improve our exports. Imporve revenue from Tourism . Imporve FDIs. Large scale promotion and benift campaign for export businesses and individuals. etc
That's the only way.... For a Temporary solution you can go for currancy Swaps or asking countries for facilities to delay loan payments etc
We are now suffering due to the luxary lifstyle we (as a whole nation, not just 225 idiots) had from 1977 till now, obtaining foriegn loans to fund consumption and non performing capital expenditure.
We imported almost all items obtaining loans and let exports fade away. (best example is the SL Tea production vs other countries now and then)
We branded people who try to do business and earn foriegn exchanges as bad and Kudu business karayo .
We wanted chinease / american goods rather than what we make here.
We were against multination companies coming here with froign direct investments, saying they are coming to steal our country.
Rather than producing here, many business perosnnel wanted to import cheap goods and resell. if you look at SL economy, majority of the service sector is doing just buying and selling with a margin. No any actual addition to SL economy as a whole, just exchanging SL Rupees among personnel.
So we need a structural change where people are encouraged to do business, not just for buying and selling but to do production and exports. We need to start this teaching from the school.
That's the only way forwads.
OR we can get another 20 billion USD loan and enjoy the luxury life style for another 10 years and suffer after that (if you cannot migrate into another country of course)
