Help me : Aliexpress Thiefs

Hey, I placed an order from an Aliexpress seller 3days ago. He marked my goods as shipped on the same day with a tracking number.
Please help me to guess whether he is a thief/spammer or a genuine seller.

Here is why I think he is a thief,
1. He gave free shipping from FedEx to the USA

2. Prices are really cheap! Only $3 but other sellers price is $7

3. He pays an affiliate commission of %30

4. Store has launched on Jan 2022 (20days ago)

5. My tracking no. is not tracking

6. I saw that he had 100% positive feedback on buying day but now 40%
