aliexpress මිලදී ගත් බඩු ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ නේද?
දැන් බොහෝ කාලෙක ඉදන් aliexpress එකෙන් ඕඩර් කරපු බඩු ලැබෙන්නේ නැති තත්වයක් තියෙනවා. මම ඕඩර් කරපු කීපයක්ම දෙසැම්බර් ලංකාවට ආවා කියලා පෙන්නනවා. ට්‍රැකින් නම්බර් එක පටන් ගන්නේ BW...... SL කියලා.
විස්තර බලද්දි මේවා ඩිලිවරි කරන්නේ bridges World wide කියලා ආයතනයක්. ලංකාවේ ලිපිනය තියෙන්නේ 66, විවේකානන්ද මාවත, කොළඹ 13 කියලා.
දන්න කිහිප දෙනෙක්ම කියලා තිබ්බා එතනට ගියාම මළු වල දාලා ගොඩ ගහලා තියෙනවා බඩු. ඒත් බෙදන්නේ නැහැ වගේ කියලා. කරන්න බැරිනම් බාර නොගෙන ඉන්න ඕන. අදාල කාලය තුළ ලැබුනේ නැති උනාම refund ඉල්ලනවා. ඒකෙන් සවුත්තු වෙන්නේ අපේ රටේ නම.
එයාලගේ කන්ටැක්ට් නම්බර් තියෙන ඔක්කොටම කෝල් කලාට එකෙක්වත් ආන්ස්වර් කරන්නේ නැහැ. ඒ නිසා මගේ buyer protection එක කල් ඉකුත් වෙන නිසා මම refund ඉල්ලුවා.
නමුත් මේක අපේ රටට හොද නැහැ. ඉදිරියේදී ali එකෙන් කිසි දෙයක් ගෙන්නවා ගන්න බැරි වේවි.
කරන්නම දෙයක් නැති නිසා මම අන්තිමට මේල් එකක් දැ්මමා සියළු මේකට සම්බන්ධ ආයතන / පුද්ගලයින් කොපි කරලා.
ඔයාලටත් අලි එකෙන් බඩු අරගෙන ලැබුනේ නැත්නම් මෙහෙම කරන්න පුළුවන්. මම දාපු email එක මෙතෙන කොපි කරනවා දැනගැනීමට.
Few months ago, I purchased some items from aliexpress. I got a tracking number beginning from "BW" Tracking details shows it was received to Sri lanka on last December 2021.
It has been about 3 month now. It came from China to here in 1 week and has now passed 3 month now. But still not delivered.
I tried to contact Bridges Worldwide local office many times. But their phone numbers are not answering. As it expiring buyers protection and still it shows as transit, I requested a refund.
This is not good for all parties such as sellers, buyers, aliexpress and also for the good name of my country. Please be kind NOT to deliver any item from this bugger company. If they are not able to deliver it within the period, they should not accept orders. They are wasting all the money and also time of all parties.
And also, I'll share this message to all my social media friends too because they are also facing the same issue with this company.
